If during the 30 day guarantee period you feel we are not meeting your expectations, you must feed that back to us as quickly as possible so we can make amendments to our service to ensure we are meeting or exceeding your expectations. 

If we do not meet your expectations within 14 days after we have made amendments to our service, a refund will be given in full with a £100 parting gift.
